MIS is a Department of Justice (DOJ) and Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) certified fingerprinting service provider, LSID #UJ1 providing DOJ-FBI Certified Live Scan Fingerprinting. We're conveniently located less then 10 miles south of Los Angeles International Airport at 3860 Del Amo Blvd. Suite 424 Torrance, California 90503.
 
We're open Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and Saturdays and Sunday by appointment only. You can walk in for service any time during business hours without an appointment. Be sure to bring your current government valid photo identification.

Listing Items necessary to bring when coming to be printed

1. Your REQUEST FOR LIVE SCAN form completed (3 copies).

• ·Your employer or requesting agency should already have given you a Request For Live Scan Form.
• Our fingerprinting technicians cannot complete this form for you.

2. Valid photo ID. Must be a photo ID from the list below.

• California Driver's License
• California DMV ID Card
• Passport
• Expired identification information will not be accepted. (No Exceptions)

3. Fee payment. Please see our schedule of fees.

Fees are determined by the ORI code at the top left of your Livescan Fingerprint Request Form.

This is pre-determined by your employer or referring agency.

If you have a Misc.No.(billing number) you will only pay a Rolling Fee!
